[김신아(Kim Sin-a)]

김신아는 안무가 겸 무용가로 전통과 창작을 넘나드는 왕성한 활동을 보여주고 있다. 2015년부터 오현범과 함께 설장고를 주제로 한 창작공연에 집중하고 있으며 설장고를 매개로 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 이번 작품에서는 피리 연주자 윤보영, 작곡가 조원영, 연주자 최진우, 의상디자인 장희재와 함께 창작 설장고를 선보이고 있다.

Kim Sin-a is both a choreographer and dancer, seamlessly bridging tradition and innovation. Since 2015, she has collaborated with Oh Hyun-bum on performances centered around the "seoljanggo." Through these productions, they delve into various artistic expressions using the seoljanggo. In this piece, she teams up with piri player Yoon Bo-young, composer Jo Won-young, pianist Choi Jin-woo, and costume designer Jang Hui-je to present a fresh take on the seoljanggo performance.

[곡 소개 Work Description] - 아니 노지는 못하리로다 (It Is Hard Not To Play)

경기민요 〈창부타령〉의 가사 중‘아니 노지는 못하리로다’에서 영감을 받아 기쁨과 슬픔, 좌절과 분노, 희열과 쾌락, 미련과 공허함 속에서도 한세상 즐기다 떠나는 광대의 놀음과 같은 인생을 함축했다. 남녀의 춤, 장구 장단의 조화를 통해 지나간 시간은 다시 오지 않지만, 웃음꽃이 피어나는 삶이 이어지길 소망한다.

Throughout life, humans traverse a spectrum of emotions and embark on their individual journeys. Drawing inspiration from the phrase "It is hard not to play" in the traditional Gyeonggi folk song "Changbu Taryeong," it portrays life as a jest, mirroring the spirited frolics of a clown, even amidst feelings of joy, sorrow, despair, anger, ecstasy, pleasure, regret, and emptiness. Through the harmonious dance of men and women to the beat of the janggu, a traditional Korean drum, there's a poignant reminder that time, once gone, doesn't return. Yet, there remains a hope for a life where the essence of joy, symbolized as the "flower of laughter," perpetually blossoms.

〈청풍문화재단지 Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex〉

1983년부터 3년간 충주댐 건설로 인한 수몰 지역의 문화재를 원형대로 현재 위치에 이전, 복원해 조성된 단지이다. 이곳에 수몰 지역 43점의 문화재를 옮겨 놓았는데 민가 4채 안에는 생활 유품 1,600여 점이 전시되어 있으며, 특히 청풍 한벽루, 청풍 석조여래입상 보물 2점과 건축물 및 기념비 등이 있다.

The Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex was created to preserve cultural treasures from areas submerged during the construction of the Chungju Dam, which spanned from 1983 over three years. The complex now hosts 43 relocated cultural assets. Within this collection, four traditional homes showcase over 1,600 artifacts from daily life. Of special note, the complex is home to two esteemed treasures: the Cheongpung Hanbyeokru and the Cheongpung Stone Seated Buddha Statue, accompanied by various other architectural wonders and monuments.
