국립국악원 '국악아티스트랩' 사업은 

전통예술인들을 지원하고, 전통예술 기반의 온라인 콘텐츠 제작활동을

진작하기 위해 마련된 사업입니다.

권역별 선발을 통해 전통예술의 영역을 확장하고, 가능성을 탐색하며

온라인 공간에서의 감각적이고, 창조적인 활동을 위한 

영상 교육, 제작을 지원하는 '국악 크리에이터 양성' 프로젝트입니다.

The “Gugak Artist Lab” initiative, launched by the National Gugak Center, aims to support traditional artists and encourage the development of online content rooted in traditional arts.

This endeavor focuses on fostering “Gugak Creators” by offering support in video education and production. It seeks to enrich and broaden the scope of traditional arts, exploring new possibilities and expanding its reach through regional programs and the inclusion of international participants. The project emphasizes creative and sensory experiences in the digital realm, paving the way for innovative expressions of traditional art forms.

[작품소개/ Introduction]

불가근(不可近) 불가원(不可遠). 너무 가깝지도 너무 멀지도 않은 적당한 거리의 균형이 무너졌다. 

인간은 사람(人)과 사람 사이(間)이다. 일상의 안전한 거리처럼 악기별로 대화하듯이 주고 받으며 타악의 전통 리듬놀이가 흥겹다. 

굿거리는 신비스러운 새벽 여명을, 자진모리는 활기찬 낮을, 휘모리 에서는 풍요로운 저녁 잔치상 처럼 표현하였다.

“Not too close, not too far” ― this delicate balance of distance has been disrupted. 

Humanity, at its core, is about the space between people. Much like the way we keep a safe distance in our daily lives, the instruments in this piece engage in a lively dialogue, bringing joy through traditional percussive rhythms. 

The gutgeori rhythm captures the enigmatic twilight of dawn, the jajinmori rhythm bursts with the energy of daytime, and the huimori rhythm echoes the abundance of an evening feast.
