머리 빗는 빗을 줄테니 빝(볕)을 달라는 동심이 표현되어 있다.

*A song that wish for the Sun to come out from the cloud when drying their body in the sun ray after playing in the water. 

It implies the innocence of childhood saying they will give the comb[bit] so the sky gives the sun ray[bit].
