2023년 11월 28일 서울시립 미술아카이브에서 진행한 〈소실의 아카이브〉 라운드테이블의 기록영상을 공유합니다.
서울시립 미술아카이브는 아시아 아트 아카이브와의 협력하여 2023년 두 번째 연구교류 프로그램으로 ‘소실의 아카이브’라는 주제로 라운드테이블과 토크를 양일간 진행했습니다. 

11월 28일에 개최된 라운드테이블에서는 서울시립 미술아카이브, 그리고 아시아 아트 아카이브의 컬렉션과 관련 소장 기록을 소개하고, 비물질적 작업과 기록의 관계를 둘러싼 실천들을 살펴보았습니다. ‘생성과 기록’, ‘연구’, ‘수집과 공유’의 층위에서 다양한 연구 및 프로덕션 사례를 다루며 각 층위 간의 상호관계와 참조점을 발굴하고 질문했습니다. 11월 29일에는 난지미술창작스튜디오와 연계하는 토크 ‘소실에 저항하는 지금의 아카이브’를 진행했습니다. 지금 기록을 생성해 나가고 있는 오늘날 작가 아카이브의 방법론을 공유하며 현재진행형의 작업에서 기록이 어떻게 작동하는지 그 역학을 이야기했습니다.

We are pleased to share the video from the roundtable "Lost but Archived" held at the Art Archives Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA AA) on November 28, 2023. 
The SeMA AA hosted the second edition of the research exchange program "Lost but Archived," a two-day event consisting of a roundtable and a talk session in collaboration with Asia Art Archive. 

On November 28, the roundtable introduced the collections and related records associated with SeMA AA and the Asia Art Archive. It explored practices revolving around the relationships between immaterial works and records. Various research and production case studies were presented across the domains of "creation and documentation," "research," and "collection and sharing," while examining the interconnections and references between these layers. On November 29, a talk program titled "Present but Archived" was conducted in collaboration with the SeMA Nanji Residency. This program shared the archival methodologies of contemporary artists who are actively producing records today. It delved into discussions on how records function in ongoing works and explored their dynamics.
